2017 Spring Fling A SUCCESS
The Kings River Conservancy hosted the 6th Annual Spring Fling on the Kings on Saturday, April 29 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Lapp River House in Sanger (26210 Elwood, Sanger, 93657).
The free event overlooked the Kings River! Proceeds from the sale of a barbecue lunch, and drinks benefited projects such as trail maintenance and public safety education.
The Spring Fling on the Kings featured live music, Fresno Wildlife, kayak demonstrations, and boating safety talks by the river.
"It was a great day to enjoy the river and support the Kings River Conservancy," said Deborah Lapp, KRC board president.
Spring Fling sponsors included Blossom Trail Dental, Reedley Veterinary Hospital, REl and Valley Public Radio..
