Access Parks

Thorburn | North Riverside | Sanger | River Guide

The Kings River Conservancy, with the support of its partners, develops and maintains access parks along the lower Kings River. The parks provide safe and legal public access to the river for kayaking and catch and release fishing. Visitors have access to picnic areas and restroom facilities. Thorburn Access Park, at Highway 180 and Rio Vista Road, and North Riverside Park, at the base of Pine Flat Dam north of Highway 180, are just two of several parks planned as public access points.
